FAQ's

Will you deliver to me if I am offline and don't have access to a computer? Yes, MrMilk is happy to offer the offline paper style old-school milkman service, if you haven't got a computer or not ready to switch to online we can still cater for you and make deliveries. MrMilk will set you up an account and you can call on a Wednesday to talk to one of the team about adjusting your order or to make a payment. Our telephone is left on an answer machine so you can leave an order adjustment or a temporary pause if your away on holiday. 

How do I schedule a regular delivery? Complete the area checker. We will then contact you back to confirm your order and the delivery days. Normally we can add you to the following weeks delivery.

How do I pay? You can set up a Standing Order with your address as reference or Bank Transfer upon the bill. You can also ring MrMilk on a Wednesday (9:00-14:30) and pay by card over the phone or 24/7 via your online portal. You can even leave the cash out and we will credit your account if you over pay. click here for a paper bill layout.

Is there a minimum spend/order requirement? Yes, for a standing order you need 2 items a delivery, 1 or 2 deliveries a week. This could be for example : 1 pint of milk and a box of 6 eggs, butter, juice, bacon, cheese etc please take a look at our products.

How do I change / cancel my order? You can log into the portal here,  email, WhatsApp or call Mr Milk to arrange a pause/change to your delivery, if you are planning to go on holiday or if you have too much milk.

Can I have my delivery left somewhere else other than my front door? Yes you can have the delivery put where ever you think is safe, back gate, around the side, in the porch, etc. Please use the "Message Your Milkman" link  on our website.

Will I receive my next delivery if i forget to leave my bottles out? Yes if you have a standing order then the same products will come every delivery.

My Milk Man didn’t collect the bottles I left out for him, What can I do? Not to worry, just send us a message and we will make a note on the delivery sheet to keep an eye out for the empties. If this happens near a bank holiday or near the new year its quite possible we have of run out of space on the milk float, Sorry.

Do the milk floats carry extra products in-case I want to add something to my order at short notice? Yes we carry some extra long life UHT cartons, eggs and some long dated products. If not it will be automatically  added to your next delivery. 

I have had a wrong item delivered in error, what shall I do? No problem, normally its the milk man giving you a free sample of something he thinks you might like. Just send us a message or just look on your weekly bill via your customer portal and see if its included. If its our mistake just enjoy it on us.

What time do you deliver? We aim for all doorstep deliveries to be made before 7:00am.

What days of the week do you deliver? Monday and Thursdays, Tuesday and Fridays and Wednesday and Saturdays Each round runs twice a week.

Do you deliver to businesses, offices and schools? Yes, We can set up an account. MrMilk offers a 3 days a week service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Can I leave my Milkman a note in the bottle? Yes, if its for delivery instructions or for a one off order change last minute. The milk floats don’t carry much extra so it will be added automatically to your next order. If you can refrain from leaving notes because it adds a lot of time to the milk mans delivering time slots, best to use the Customer Portal till 10pm, or if your not online you can message MrMilk either by email , WhatsApp or call and leave a voicemail, please note this service is till 3pm.

Its gone past the delivery cut off @3pm what shall I do? Log into your customer portal and make your own adjustments till 10pm. You can leave a note out in the bottle, but sorry you will be charged as its left the depo and will be wasted. Please inform us of any changes before 3PM, Thanks

What is MrMilk Bank Details? Send us a message and we will share these with you, also it can be found on any bill type you receive from us. You can also call on a Wednesday to pay by credit or debit card. (Please use your address as reference). We also offer card payment online inc "G pay" and "Apple pay" Login Here

Do you charge a delivery fee? No we do not add any cost for delivery, if its a cancellation on the door with a note you will be still charged as the milk is wasted.

What is the office opening times? Up to 3pm Everyday (for adjustments) and 9:30am-3pm Wednesday for telephone payments.
